3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote or booking a move

Ensure that all items are properly packed unless packing services are included

Be present or assign a responsible party at both origin and destination during the move

Inform us of any hazardous materials or special handling requirements in advance

4. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the terms stated in your moving agreement or invoice

We accept various forms of payment (cash, credit/debit, etc.) as specified at booking

Late payments may result in additional fees and/or storage charges

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may affect pricing

6. Liability and Claims

We are not liable for items not packed by our staff unless damage is caused by our handling

Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted in writing within the timeline specified in your service agreement

Optional valuation or protection plans may be available at an additional cost

7. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be transported:

Hazardous materials (flammables, corrosives, explosives)

Perishable goods

Firearms and ammunition (without prior written approval)

Valuable items such as cash, jewelry, or important personal documents (we recommend transporting these personally)
